OceanHero carried out a beach clean-up on November 1, 2025, at Dlodberawah Beach in Jembrana. The activity involved 56 enthusiastic volunteers, most of whom were members of the student council at SMAN 1 Negara.
Weather Challenges
The clean-up started at 4:00 p.m. local time, but rainfall interrupted the activity after about 30 minutes. The weather slowed the process and limited the time available for cleaning.
Clean-Up Results
Despite the challenging conditions, volunteers managed to collect 72 kilograms of waste from the beach area, preventing trash from remaining along the shoreline or entering the ocean.
The effort highlighted strong commitment from the students, even when conditions were not ideal.
