Volunteers gathered at Subak Teba Mejalangu in Denpasar on October 19, 2025, for a jogging trek and clean-up activity. The initiative involved 35 enthusiastic participants, most of them local students and youth.

Clean-Up Action

The team collected 104 kilograms of waste, largely consisting of plastic that had accumulated in the area.

Why It Matters

As a subak system that channels water to surrounding rice fields, keeping this area clean is essential. Removing plastic waste helps protect irrigation flow and supports the sustainability of local agriculture.
