A big group of 121 kids at TK Putra Budaya Kindergarten in Denpasar spent the morning with us on February 13, 2026. To keep things moving, a team of 15 volunteers jumped in to make sure the day was as much about playing as it was about the planet.

Talking About Trash

Instead of a long lecture, we spent three hours just chatting with the kids about what trash really is. We stuck to simple stories and words they actually use, helping them see for themselves why keeping their play spots clean is a huge win for everyone.

Learning Through Play

Instead of just sitting and listening, the kids got moving with games centered around waste awareness. Making it interactive kept their energy high and turned a serious topic into something they actually enjoyed doing. It’s a lot easier to remember a lesson when you’re having a blast.

Volunteer Support

Our 15 volunteers were all over the place helping the kids out, running the games, and just making sure the whole morning didn't turn into total chaos. Their energy was infectious, and it’s really what kept the kids so buzzed from the moment we started until we packed up to leave.

Starting Small

Getting kids to care about the environment while they’re still little just makes sense. If they start doing these small things now, it just becomes a normal part of their day as they grow up. Honestly, we walked away from the school feeling pretty fired up because of how fast they all caught on.
