On April 25, 2026, we came back to SDN 1 Punggul in Badung for the fourth session of the EcoJoy program, supported by 24 volunteers and joined by 109 children.

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
The heart of this session was the 3R concept: reduce, reuse, recycle. It is a simple framework, and that is exactly its strength. Children can carry it home, apply it the same afternoon, and explain it to their families without needing anyone's permission.
Homework That Actually Got Done
The students had been asked at the previous session to collect plastic waste, and they arrived having done it. Turning a lesson into a task, and a task into a habit, is the whole point of EcoJoy. We wrapped up with interactive outdoor games alongside the volunteers, which kept the energy high and the learning anything but monotonous.
